PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device having a stabilizer in which a prescribed clearance is secured between it and a movable body and which can retrain a displacement quantity of the movable body to the sealing lip side in less than the prescribed clearance. SOLUTION: A weather strip 11 is fixed to an outer penel 2 by its base part 13. A sealing lip 14 extends downward from the base part 13, and is formed in the shape of extending obliquely upward through a curved part 14α. The sealing lip 14 is tilted to the outer side with a curved part 14γ arranged close to the base part 13 side in the curved part 14α as the center when window glass 4 is displaced to the outer side. A stabilizer 16 is protrusively arranged in a midway position of the sealing lip 14. The stabilizer 16 can move to the inner side by interlocking with it when the sealing lip 14 is tilted to the outer side with the curved part 14γ as the center.
