PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a synthetic foamed molding such as an interior material for car, for example, a seat back pad for a car in low density with high foaming magnification while reducing the generation of burr to the utmost. SOLUTION: A lower mold 2, an upper mold 3 forming a hermetically closed space between both molds 2,3 and the core mold 4 arranged in the hermetically closed space 5 are provided on the upper surface of the core mold 4 in a protruding state so as to provide a fine gap 11 to form the chamber part 7 demarcated between the upper surface of the core mold and the upper mold by the demarcation wall 6 and the hermetically closed space 5 outside the chamber part 7 is set to a cavity 8 to which a material for a synthetic resin foamed molding is supplied to constitute a mold main body 1. The mold main body and a pressure adjusting chamber 21 reducing pressure in the chamber part 7 are provided to discharge air in the cavity 8 through the fine gap 11. |
