PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tacky adhesive double coated tape having an incision of which depth satisfies a specific expression and a strong resisting power against a peeling from an adhered body difficult to be adhered, and useful for joining a structural member, etc. SOLUTION: This tacky tape has an incision which splits on applying a peeling force thereto, at the side end part of a tacky adhesive layer along with the longitudinal direction and satisfies an expression, X>0.5>L, where X (mm) is the depth of the incision and L (mm) is the thickness of the tacky adhesive layer. Further the tacky adhesive layer consists preferably of an acrylic photo-polymerizable composition, and its thickness is preferably 50-3,000μm, more preferably 100-2,000μm.
