PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ostomy coupling for an artificial ostomy with improved structure using an elastic split ring as a lock ring. SOLUTION: First and second coupling members 50 and 60 are integrally retained by a spring energized flexible split lock ring 70. Tabs equipped symmetrically on each arm of the lock ring 70 are drawn toward the outside in the radial direction by upward drawing the lock ring to enable the two coupling members to be separated. The ring 70 is almost a circle in a non-stretched condition.
