PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove unfairness caused by the difference of transmission time for transaction information and transaction requests between respective terminal equipments by allowing adjustment time to coincide with reference time more than the longest transmission time and delaying the processing of a transaction information receiving means and a transaction request transmitting means for the adjustment time. SOLUTION: Plural terminal equipments 110a, 110b each of which is provided with a transaction information receiving means 2 for receiving transaction information and a transaction request transmitting means for transmitting a transaction request corresponding to the received transaction information are connected to a center computer 100 by respectively different transmission distances. Each transmission time control, means 17 allows adjustment time to coincide with reference time more than the longest transmission line out of transmission time between the computer 100 and each of the equipments 110a, 110b and delays the processing of the means 2, 4 for the adjustment time. Consequently the transmission time of transaction information and transaction requests can be set up to the same value independently of the transmission distances. |
