PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a locking part locked into a locking hole in a belt to the attaching/detaching side from protruding to the outside and prevent the same from turning and rising up even if the belt is loosened, to thereby assure the safety. SOLUTION: Both sides 1, support side 2 and retaining side 3 form a substantially quadrilateral shape. A connection bar 5 is disposed inside at the angle perpendicular to the insertion direction of a belt 4, while a locking part 6 is positioned on the lower side of the support side 2, and the fixed side of the belt 4 is fitted to the bar 5, then the attaching/detaching side 4b of the belt 4 is made to pass through the lower side of the retaining side 3 and the locking part 6 is locked into the locking hole 7 of the belt 4 on the attaching/detouching side. |
