PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain desired foam by easily weighing and charging a substance being gas at the normal temp. under normal pressure and charging a proper amt. of the substance regardless of the kind of a reaction curable resin of a raw material or extrusion conditions. SOLUTION: In an extruder equipped with resin compression parts at least at two places and a dry ice charging port provided along a flow direction on and after a first compression part, the amt. of dry ice becoming the critical pressure of carbon dioxide or more when raised in temp. within a mixing and dispersing region is weighed to be charged from the dry ice charging port and mixed and dispersed with a reaction curable resin at the critical curable resin at the critical temp. or higher of carbon dioxide under crytical pressure or more to be extruded from a die and resin pressure is allowed to fall at a speed of 10kgf/cm<2> /sec. or more and the extrudate is foamed in an uncured or semicured state to be subsequently cured.
