PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system and radio communication terminal with which personal information for receiving various kinds of services can be automatically written in the radio communication terminal without requiring any special operation. SOLUTION: In the case of position registration when a power source is turned on or a service area is moved, a PHS terminal 6 checks whether the personal information is registered in an ID chip 28 or not and when the personal information is not registered, a transmission request is outputted to a service control station 2. After position registration at the PHS terminal, the service control station 2 retrieves a customer information managing DB 3 corresponding to the transmission request, reads the personal information of the user at the relevant PHS terminal 6 and transmits it to the PHS terminal 6. The PHS terminal 6 automatically stores the personal information transmitted from the service control station 2 into the ID chip 28.
