PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the loss of a ferrite magnetic substance by increasing an operating magnetic field, to reduce the insertion loss by securing the correspondence between the cross angles of three center conductors and the rotational angle of a high frequency field generated by a DC bias magnetic field, and to secure the desired electrical characteristic. SOLUTION: Three center conductors 2 to 4 are crossed to each other at every prescribed angle in an electrically insulated state, and a DC bias magnetic field is applied to the cross parts of conductors 2 to 4. In such a constitution of an irreversible circuit element, the cross anglesθ1 toθ3 are set at 110 deg., 120 deg. and 130 deg. respectively.
