The recycling system uses shredding of the ski material which is fed to a magnetic separation stage (3) for removing the iron component, the remainder being fed to a further shredder (4) for reduction into smaller parts, with pneumatic removal of fine particles. An eddy current separation stage allows its separation into metallic and non-metallic parts, the non-metallic part being divided into wood and plastics via a weight separation stage (8), or as electrostatic separation stage. Pref., the fine particles extracted pneumatically are divided into magnetic and non-magnetic parts via electrostatic separation (9).
