PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the mounting efficiency by increasing the speed by reducing the weight and reducing vibration convergent time by considerably improving the mounting efficiency by realizing simultaneous holding and simultaneous mounting of more supply parts and also realizing the enhancement of the mounting efficiency with a relatively small number of parts holding sections and realizing a lower cost and simplified maintenance. SOLUTION: Each parts holding section 7 (7n) is moved to X-Y direction by a second X-Y direction moving mechanism 92 (92n) provided respectively, and individual parts supplied to arbitrary positions can be held simultaneously and parts 6 (6n) can be simultaneously mounted at arbitrary positions on the substrate by respective parts holding section 7(7n) moved in the X-Y direction. |
