PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the access controller and entry and existing management device which can make the signal processing of an information processor efficient while minimizing a rise in cost. SOLUTION: Even when a burglar prevention sensor 4 outputs a signal, the signal is not outputted to the information processor 20 unless a burglar prevention alert is set, but outputted to the information processor 20 for a certain time when the burglar preventive alert is started. Consequently, the amount of the signal sent to the information processor 20 is reduced, so the load on the information processor 20 is lightened to improve the responsiveness of the information processor 20. Further, the signal from a burglar preventive sensor 4 is outputted for a certain time and then it can be confirmed whether the signal from the burglar prevention center 4 is a burst or intermittent, so it can be decided whether the signal is sent due to temporary malfunction of the sensor or the wandering of a robber. |
