摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively supply a highly viscous substance possible continuously to a packaging process through a delivery pipe by a method wherein the highly viscous substance in an air damper is supplied for filling to a rare part of the substance arranged in the state of condensation and rare and sent into a delivery pipe, and the highly viscous substance is supplied continuously through the delivery pipe without being condensed or rarefied. SOLUTION: Hard-kneaded bean jam 7 arranged in the state of condensation and rarefaction in a delivery pipe 25 is sent by pulsative motion of a piston pump 12 to a position below an air damper 26, to which the same pressure as that applied to the inside of a tank 8 is applied with a compressor 33 at the upper part. As a rarefied part of the hard-kneaded beam jam 7 conveyed in the delivery pipe 25 comes to a lead pipe, the hard-kneaded beam jam 7 in a specified quantity is sent for filling by the above-mentioned pressure from the air damper 26 positioned above to the rarefied part positioned below, and thereby the state of condensation is accomplished. Therefore, a highly viscous substrance in the delivery pipe is supplied uniformly and continuously without being condensed or rarefied, and filling and packaging of the highly viscous substance in a fixed quantity can be executed constantly at a final packaging process.
