<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten heaping-up work time for products containing a nondefective and a defective. SOLUTION: A product stocker device 10 is provided with a carrier conveyor 11 to carry lead frames 20 in order, an interleaf cassette 12 on which interleaves 21 are heaped up and a stocker part 13 on which the lead frames 20 and the interleaves 21 are alternately heaped up. A hand device 17 having a pair of sucking hands 18 and 19 are arranged on the carrier conveyor 11, the interleaf cassette 12 and the stocker part 13 so as to freely travel by crossing at a right angle to the carrying direction of the carrier conveyor 11, and a pair of attracting parts 18 and 19 can move up to the carrier conveyor 11 and the stocker part 13 from the stocker part 13 and the interleaf cassette 12. The stocker part 13 has a nondefective cassette 14 and a defective cassette 15, and can travel in the carrying direction of the carrier conveyor 11 by a control device 25.</p> |
