The device has a pivot drive which comprises a rigidly located cylinder (1) and piston (2) inside it with connecting rod (3), which is articulately connected to a pivot lever (4). The cylinder in relation to the connecting rod is sealed to a cylinder cover (5) with a seal (6), which follows the relatively pendulous movement of the connecting rod. The cylinder is controlled by a sensor arrangement, which is arranged on the pipe conduit in front of the deflector flap and reacts to foreign bodies in the material flow and/or to sparks. The cylinder next to the deflector flap is fixed to the outer wall of the pipe conduit or to a retainer connected to the pipe conduit. |
