PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely retract a used cannula needle by extending rear part and front part guard members to a housing in a nesting form so as to form the protective mechanism of the cannula needle simultaneously when the cannular needle is pulled out. SOLUTION: Simultaneously with the pulling out of the used cannula 12 from a vein, when a cannula assembly is retracted, the front part and rear part guard members 18 and 24 are present at locked positions and the cannula 12 and a chamber 54 are pulled into the housing 20 together. When the nesting type front part and rear part guard members 18 and 24 are pulled out further, since elastic forked side walls are bent to an outer side, the projection 62 of the guard member 18 is detached from the recessed part 66 of the rear part guard member 24. In such a manner, when the guard members 18 and 24 and the housing 20 are turned to a nesting type fully extended state, the cannula 12 is completely retracted inside the cannula assembly. |
