PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a laser beam from the influence of reducing its output at a low cost even in the case of a large optical path length in a laser beam machine having a gas-filled laser beam guiding chamber. SOLUTION: In the laser beam machine, provided with a laser beam generating device 3 and a working head 5, wherein the laser beam 2 passes through at least the gas-filled laser beam guiding chamber 4 partly closed between the laser beam generating device 3 and the working head 5, the air containing a prescribed amount of CO2 is filled in the laser beam guiding chamber 4. |
