PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part with an external input/output terminals for preventing resin from crawling onto the external input/output terminals being generated when sealing a resin-sealing-type electronic part. SOLUTION: In an electronic part where a substrate 1 which is connected to an external input/output terminal 10 where an electronic part element is mounted is sealed by resin, a resin-crawling rejection band with an outer diameter which is different from the external input/output terminal 10 is provided at a specific position near a connection part with the substrate 11 of the external input/output terminal 10, thus preventing soldering failure and electrical connection failure due to a sealing resin 13 of the external input/output terminal 10. |
