PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lowering of strength and achieve economical reinforcing by pressure filling grout material of low viscosity epoxy resin liquid, hardening agent and aggregate into a gap between an RC column and a steel plate wound therearound. SOLUTION: The whole surface of RC column 10 is checked in its damage of such as cracking or the like, and the surface layer is removed as a pre- process. Next, the pre-processed surface and the surface of a steel plate 11 pre-processed are opposed to each other, then the steel plate 11 is wound around the pre-processed RC column 10, and the plate 11 is fixed by means of mounting bolts 12... with a gap therebetween. Then, grout material containing low viscosity epoxy resin liquid, hardening agent and aggregate is pressure filled in the gap through a hose 24, filling-in member or the like. The filled grout material is hardened and cured thereafter. With the processes, heat generation, reduction in volume at the time of hardening and thermal expansion after the hardening can be prevented. |
