PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight, reduce influence of a galvanic action, and enrich rigidity by integrally covering/molding a core body composed of a resin foaming body with/by fiber reinforced resin. SOLUTION: A hub installing part 7 is left, and the whole core body 1 of a foaming body is covered with a resin film 20, and doughnut-shaped prepregs 21 and 21 where the hub installing part is cut in a central part are layered on both surfaces. Next, a rim part 3 and a rim part side surface are layered by covering them in a doughnut shape one side by one side in order with doughnut-shaped two prepregs 22 and 23, and it is layered by a single layer only on the rim part 3 over it. Prepregs 24 and 24 are layered on the prepregs 21 and 21. Next, it is set in a mold 4, and a rim-shaped rubber form 5 is brought into contact with the outer periphery of the rim part, and the whole is covered with a nylon film 6, and is deaerated up to forming a vacuum. Next, it is heated, and is pressurized, and reinforced fiber impregnated resin 2 by layering and covering the foaming body 1 is hardened. The nylon film 6 is stripped off, and is taken out of the mold 4, and a fiber reinforced resin-made wheel 1 can be obtained. |
