Aluminum material is formed into the specific shape by the first step, which have the forming roller to be fed the scrolled aluminum material, to the fifteenth step. The formed product is checked in correcting means and cut to the desired length by the cutting means. Thereby the shutter frame is produced automatically and continuously. The apparatus according to the present invention consists of the supply means feeding the scrolled aluminum material, the forming means forming the material, the correcting means correcting the formed frame, and the cutting means cutting the frame to desired length.
