<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make many types of image forming units which have been used connectable to transfer paper feeder and facilitate replacement of a connected image forming unit when it malfunctions. SOLUTION: A transfer paper feeder 1 is equipped with paper feed and separation mechanisms 6, 7 which are connected to the paper discharge trays 2a, 3a of image forming units 2, 3 and deliver piece by piece transfer paper discharged from respective image forming units 2, 3. Inward routes 4, 5 which send in transfer paper transported from the respective paper feed and separation mechanisms 6, 7, transfer paper stacking sections 10, 11 which are provided correspondingly to the send-in routes 4, 5 and hold sent-in transfer paper temporarily, send-out routes 14, 15 which send out and deliver transfer paper in the transfer paper stacking sections 10, 11 to one outlet, and a discharge paper tray 18 which receives transfer paper from the outlet, are also provided.</p> |
