<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately meet the damaged for heat and hot water and improve the operating efficiency as a whole in a hot-water supply system using a hot-water storage tank. SOLUTION: This hot-water storage tank 2 is equipped with a hot-water supply pipe 8 for supplying hot water, heat exchanger 30 for the heating equipment such as equipment for floor heating, a heater 4, a thermometer 12, a water-level gauge 10, and a feedwater pipe 6. A controller 3 functions to actuate the heater and a feedwater valve on the basis of the temperature, water level, etc., inside the hot-water storage tank so as to keep the water therein in a prescribed condition; the controller 3 furthermore functions, when the use of the heat or use of the hot water is in a small amount, to lower the temperature of the hot water inside the hot-water storage tank or decrease the amount of the hot water stored therein. As a result, with wasteful discharge of heat from the hot-water storage tank lessened, an improvement in thermal efficiency can be achieved without casing trouble in the supply of heat and hot water.</p> |
