<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain miniaturization and reduction of the cost by integrating a signal processing system for detection of magnetism on a base. SOLUTION: A ring oscillator 2 generates an AC signal for making a loop current flow in one direction, by a closed circuit part 2a formed by inverters 21-1 to 21-m ((m) is an odd number) provided in odd stages, and this AC signal is outputted to a phase detecting part 3 from an output circuit 2b constituted of an inverter 22. On the occasion of detecting a phase from the AC current outputted from the ring oscillator 2, the phase detecting part 3 detects a phase difference from the phase (AC phase) at the time when no magnetic field is impressed and the phase (AC phase) at the time when the magnetic field is impressed.</p> |
