PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a method for land evaluation wherein there is no step in interfaces between street values and actual land price is reflected, and that is relatively easily implemented. SOLUTION: A method for land evaluation involves the following procedures: Determination of attached range, classification of area in the same situation, selection and evaluation of standard lot and determination of street value. In this method a street value is calculated and determined by obtaining the difference in price between standard lots, calculating front street value of the lot concerned using the difference in price and the distance between standard lots as reference and using the following formula, and comparing the front street value as the basis with individual price forming factors, such as frontage, depth and difference in level between lot and road: Front street value=a+(b-a)×I/L, where a is land price for point of low price; I is distance from point a; b is land price for point of high price; and L is distance between points a and b.
