PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyurethane molded material, especially a molded material made of polyurethane foam, ready in molding operation without causing any damage of physical properties, etc., and keeping excellent antibacterial property for a long period of time, and to provide a producing method of the molded material. SOLUTION: This antibacterial polyurethane molded material is obtained as follows: a mold release agent containing an antibacterial agent is prepared by mixing 100 pts.wt. a wax-based mold release agent with about 3-5 pts.wt. an inorganic antibacterial agent having about 1-5μm average granular diameter and blending in a mixer at 25 deg.C for 30min under stirring. The prepared mold release agent is coated by spraying on the inside surface of a mold adjusted to 40-50 deg.C, injecting an urethane raw material for integral skin foam into the mold, reacting and curing for 90sec and demolding to obtain the objective antibacterial polyurethane molded material in which the antibacterial agent mixed in the mold release agent has migrated into the surface layer.
