PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent harnesses from being tangled, facilitate a disposing work in the following process, and at the same time, automate the tying work by tying a multiple harness being discharged from an automatic press-bonding machine into a compact configuration. SOLUTION: A large number of wires are divided into a plurality of wire groups (1a), (1b), (1c)..., and one end of each wire group is connected by press-bonding to each branching connector respectively. At the same time, the other ends are collected and are collectively connected by press-bonding to one focusing connector 3 for a multiple harness 4. Then, such a multiple harness 4 is automatically manufactured. Then, an automatic press-bonding machine 6 being equipped with a pair of discharging rails 7 to discharge the multiple harness 4 to the outside of the machine by supporting and guiding the branching connectors and the focusing connector 3 under a parallel state, is interlocked. Then, by making the branching connectors and the focusing connector 3 of the multiple harness 4 being discharged from the discharging rails 7 approach each other, the wire groups (1a), (1b), (1c)... are collected into one bundle under a doubly bent posture, and the collected wire groups 1' are collectively tied with an easily breakable tape 5, for the constitution. |
