PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a health food capable of readily eating Auricularia auricula- judae Quel. which has not hitherto been used as the health food with a small amount of a beverage and quickly providing a suitable feeling of satiety and hardly causing unfavorable effects due to diet. SOLUTION: This health food is obtained by sterilizing a powdery or a granular substance of dried Auricularia auricula-judae Quel. and then filling the sterilized substance in a water-soluble capsule such as a hard capsule formed of gelatin, etc., readily disintegrable or soluble in the stomach. Otherwise, the health food is prepared by adding and mixing a binder with the powdery or granular substance of the dried Auricularia auricula-judae Quel. and carrying out the compression forming of the resultant mixture into the shape of a tablet. |
