PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a liquid crystal panel in a small size without damaging it. SOLUTION: First and second connection terminals 36 and 38 are formed in the peripheral edge part of a liquid crystal panel 30, and one end part 49 of a second flexible wiring board 48 is electrically connected to the second connection terminal 36, and one end part 49 of a second flexible wiring board 48 is electrically connected to the second connection terminal 38. A common wiring board 52 is electrically connected to the other end part 62 of the second flexible wiring board, and the common wiring board 52 is arranged at the rear of the liquid crystal panel 30. In this state, the first flexible wiring board 39 is bent, and its other end 47 and the common wiring board 52 are electrically connected by solder. At this time, a heat insulating material is interposed between the common wiring board 52 and the liquid crystal panel 30 to solder them, and the heat insulating material is removed after the end of soldering. |
