ACCELERATION SENSOR APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration sensor apparatus which achieves a higher durability with a simple structure by eliminating a delay element in the measurement of acceleration. SOLUTION: This acceleration sensor apparatus has a sensor base 12 having a sensor element, a module base 14 on which the sensor base 12 is mounted and a housing section 15 which is formed on the module base 14 to house the sensor base 12. A holding member 22 is interposed in a gap between an internal wall of the housing section 15 and the sensor base 12 being pressed thereon to fix the sensor base 12 and the module base 14 mutually.
