PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a fluorescent lamp from the danger of dropping even in a disaster such as an earthquake. SOLUTION: A straight bulb type fluorescent lamp 5 is stretched and mounted between lamp sockets 3 provided at each end of a luminaire main body 1. An annular support groove 9 is provided around the lamp socket 3, and a movable reflector 10 covering a part of the fluorescent lamp 5 along its circumferential direction is stretched between the support grooves 9 at both ends by insertion of both ends of the movable reflector 10 into the support grooves 9 at both ends and is made to freely turn about the fluorescent lamp 5. Normally the movable reflector 10 is located above the fluorescent lamp 5 to reflect the light of the fluorescent lamp 5 downwards; in a disaster such as an earthquake, the movable reflector 10 is moved below the fluorescent lamp 5 by its own weight, etc., so that even if the fluorescent lamp 5 comes off the lamp sockets 3, it is received by the movable reflector 10. |
