The operation delayer of a power automatic switching device for use in an automatic pump can reduce the number of operation times of the power automatic switching device caused in accordance with the variation of an internal pressure of the pump body. The operation delayer includes: a case where a passage is formed to be connected to a pump body and a power automatic switching device; upper and lower locking protrusions separated by a predetermined interval in the interior of the passage of the case; a check having a stage protrusion corresponding to the upper locking protrusion on the top end thereof, the stage protrusion lifting up to the upper locking protrusion if the pressure of the interior of the body increases, to thereby block the passage; a screw for adjusting an amount of pressure air moved to the power automatic switching device; and a spring for supporting the check valve.
