The apparatus fo edema is prevented from backflow and leakage of edema liquid. And the depth of insertion of a injection tube can be easily controlled depending on age, and body type of a patient to be treated. A stopper(4) is moved forward or backward along with scales(3) marked on a injection tube(2) to control the depth of insertion of the injection tube(2) so as to fit in the patient's body type to be treated. The injection tube(2) is inserted into the patient' rectum until the stopper(4) is contact with the patient' rectal inlet. The injector(1) is then pushed so that the edema liquid in the injector(1) is injected into the rectum through the slits(10, 10',10") formed between the jaws, the inside of the outlet(6) and the ball tip(7). Then, a ball tip(7) is moved together with the liquid and contacted with a plurality of protruded jaws(8, 8', 8"). Thus, after the injection of edema liquid is achieved, the ball tip in the cap is moved together with the liquid and contacted with the protruded ring(9) to close the outlet(6). Therefore, backflow does not occur.
