Compounds of formula (I) in which R<1> and R<2> are hydroxy or an acyloxy group and R<3> is hydrogen, where R<2> and R<3> together may also signify a valency line. Process for their production from cyanobacteria of the Oscillatoria agardhii genus, and medicaments containing said compounds with a thrombin and trypsin inhibiting action.
