The cylindrical free fluid surface is formed from fluid located in the chamber (11). The feed-out device (12) is arranged to be fitted, preferably stationarily, in such a way that it extends into the fluid in the chamber and through the fluid surface. The feed-out device has at least two separate channels (14), which when the feed-out device is fitted for use extend from first mouths (16) located in the fluid in the chamber to second mouths (17) located widthways to one another and directed in the same direction in a common passage (18) in the feed-out device. The common passage for the second mouths is formed by a single wall (15), which extends around the whole passage. The single wall has a length along the periphery of the passage corresponding to 80-120% of the periphery of a circle, the area of which is equal to the sum of the second mouthpiece areas. |
