The guide bracket system (80) comprises a guide bracket (82) which is inserted in the steering tube (10). An upper plug (83) which has a central hole is mounted in the upper end of the guide bracket. A notch (822) is formed in an appropriate place on the guide bracket. A mouth shaped tube (81) is located under the guide bracket. The bottom of the guide bracket has a bevelled contact surface. The mouth shaped tube also has a bevelled contact surface at its upper end which mates with the guide bracket bevelled contact surface. A threaded hole in the bottom of the mouth shaped tube enables the screwing of the adjusting bolt (84) after it is passed from the top through the guide bracket. The guide bracket system is then inserted in the steering tube through the pressure adjusting element (62) as far as the notch in the guide bracket to abut against the pressure adjustment element. |
