FIELD: petrochemical and refinery industry, production of dope for lubricant oils and compositions of lubricant oil with the dope, that is used in carburetor and diesel engines in particular. SUBSTANCE: method of production of dope for lubricant oils provides for reaction of alkylsalicylic acid, that has C- Calkyl, with hydroxide or oxide of alkaline-earth metal in presence of hydrocarbon solvent, treatment with hydroxide or oxide of alkaline-earth metal of mixture, that has 60 - 90 mass % of alkaline-earth metal alkylsalicylate and 10 - 40 mass % of alkylphenol (with C- Calkyl), sulfuring of reaction mixture with elementary sulfur in presence of promoter with following purification of ready dope. After elementary sulfur treatment reaction mass is subjected to carbonate formation in presence of promoter. There is also lubricating oil made of based oil, that has alkylsalicyl dope, produced by the method, in amount of 0.5 - 20.0 mass %. EFFECT: dope produced by the method being used in lubricating oils has advantages against dope produced by known method. |
