<p>A reusable, self-contained, multiple-cavity carrying container (10) for transporting a number of baby bottles (18), nursers and/or jars of baby food. The container has a basket shape including an adjustable, removable handle (20). Each cavity in the container includes a clamp-like holder (48). Each holder, being yieldable, includes a self-adjusting diameter so as to be capable of gripping bottles and jars having different sizes. Each holder further includes a combination of height and gripping force to enable it to maintain a grip on a bottle or jar in the event that the container tips over and to release the bottle or jar upon using a small pulling force. The adjustable handle can be moved to a high position to make room for taller bottles or to a lower height for compact packaging and shipping.</p> |
