A compsn. for a juice drink comprises a mixt. of fruit or vegetable juice, water, salt and lemon juice. The drink contains the following ingredients per kg:(a) 300-700 g juice; (b) 1-4 g cooking salt; (c) 2-5 g pressed lemon juice; and (d) 300-700 g water.
