FIELD: mechanical engineering; soldering. SUBSTANCE: device has reflector consisting of two main members and additional member placed between two main members. Each member of reflector has reflecting surface in the form of part of ellipsoid. Foci of additional member are located on reflector axis in electrode gap of gaseous discharge light source located in one of foci of reflector. One of foci of additional member with reflecting surface in the form of part of ellipsoid is aligned with radiating focus of reflector, while another, is located close to one of light source electrodes.
