FIELD: power generation engineering; chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: starting fuel is dried and next subjected to pyrolysis with solid heat carrier in fluidized bed in first reactor to obtain semi-coke and steam-gas mixture containing flue gases and steam in amount 50-75 by volume of mixture, steam-to-semi-coke being (1-8):1. Semi-coke and mixture are fed to second reactor, in which semi-coke is heated up to 700-850 C to yield finished product, whereupon heated semi-coke is recirculated back to first reactor for use as solid heat carrier. Oxygen content in flue gases is equal to 0.05-0.1% by volume. EFFECT: improved semi-coke quality; greater adsorptive capacity of semi-coke. |
