The invention relates to a door hinge for motor vehicles which consists of two hinge parts which are connected to each other and can be pivoted and in particular separated by means of a hinge pin and each of which includes at least one gudgeon and at least one stop part for fastening to one of the two door arrangement parts, door or door pillar. In order to reduce the use of material and also the production costs it is proposed that said door hinge is formed as a whole as a shaped part, the gudgeon and the fastening part being connected to each other by means of a connecting part and, if required, there being connected to the fastening part one or more alignment regions for the positionally correct alignment relative to the stop surface on the particular door arrangement part, the gudgeon, connecting part and fastening part having only a cross-section of material which is required for supporting the forces resulting from the door suspension.
