A pair of the struts(2) is positioned whereof fitting grooves(2a) face each other, and the steel panel(1) is fabricated to be fitted to the fitting groove. The pile structure space(H) is formed wherein the concrete is capable of being introduced, by inserting the steel panel(1) into the inserting side part(2a) of the strut. Besides, the plural steel panels(1) are erected to the length direction in outer wall of the plural steel panel whereof the plural strut panel(3) is assembled in turn by the strut, and inside the space, the separator(4) is installed.
