PROCESS FOR RECOVERY AND RECUPERATION OF TRIFLUOROMETHANE FROM GAS MIXTURE

FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: difluorochloromethane is added into origin gaseous mixture which contains trifluoromethane, nitrogen, oxygen and carbon oxide, the process is carried out till concentration of said difluorochloromethane in said mixture is 10-50 mol % (20-40 mol % being preferable). Thus obtained mixture is compressed to 9-30 atm, cooled to (-25)-(-35) C and condensed. Thus prepared condensate is then rectified to prepare desired fraction. Vat fraction which contains mainly difluorochloromethane is used for production of origin gaseous fraction. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 1 tbl
