SUBSTANCE: device has multiple chambers with autonomous supply of each chamber with microwave power by means of generator with controlled power. In addition device has instruments which measure input and reflected power in each chamber so that sequential microwave processing of dielectric materials in each chamber is provided when material is moved from one chamber to another under gravitation forces. Dry material movement channels are crossed with controlled valves which regulate time during which material is kept in each chamber. In addition device has chambers which are designed as for preliminary heating of cold material and have external envelope which is made from magnetic heat-proof steel and separated with dielectric walls into several separate compartments.
