<p>A cosmetic or dermatological composition for treating keratinous material, particularly hair, including a cosmetically or dermatologically acceptable medium containing at least one silicone-grafted polymer with a polysiloxane backbone grafted by non-silicone organic monomers and at least one anionic polymer, wherein the weight ratio of the anionic polymer to the silicone-grafted polymer is 0.25-15.
