Antistatic polyethylene@ moulding materials for high impact strength

Polyethylene moulding materials (I) for the prodn. of moulded prods. with a surface resistance of not more than 10<9> OMICRON contain: (a) 0.1-80 wt.% polyethylene (a<1>) or ethylene copolymer (a<2>) with a limiting viscosity number (LVN) of 100-700 ml/g; (b) 99.9-20 wt.% polyethylene with a LVN of at least 1600 ml/g, such that the total amt. of (a)+(b) is always 100 wt.% and the LVN of the mixt. of (a) and (b) is at least 1600 ml/g; (c) 1.0-10.0 wt.% (w.r.t. a+b) of carbon black; and (d) 0-5.0 wt.% (w.r.t. a+b+c) of normal additives.
