FIELD: agriculture, forestry. SUBSTANCE: method involves layer-by-layer placing of components; mixing; piling of mixture and controlling the extent of mixture homogeneity by coefficient of variable content of phosphor in twenty samples taken from four equally spaced sections along pile length, with space between sections being equal to 1/5 of pile length, at five points of each section. Points in each section are at intersections of five lines perpendicular to pile base and positioned in equally spaced relation along pile width between lines, with space being equal to 1/6 of pile width, and sides of equilateral triangle with base coinciding with pile base and equal to pile width. Apex of equilateral triangle defined by two sides of triangle are spaced from pile base by height equal to h(1) = 1/4 H for first section; h(2) = 1/2 H for second section; h(3) = 3/4 H for third section; h(4) = H for fourth section, where H is pile height. Total phosphor content variation coefficient in twenty samples is within the values equal to 5-20%. EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved quality of compost by increased intensity of composting process. |
