QUICK-RELEASE JOINT OF PIPELINES

摘要

FIELD: mechanical engineering; particularly, pipeline valves and accessories; may be used in hydraulic and pneumatic drives for quick release connection of pipelines. SUBSTANCE: joint has supporting bushings rigidly connected to radially located members. These bushings are made with external thread for engagement of thread of respective body. Secured to members are guide bushings with reciprocating shanks of spring-loaded valves. Supporting bushings thrust changeable washers or axial stops. To change the force of joint pipe unions are removed and moved over thread of bushing. Installed between supporting bushings and axial stops are required number of changeable washers to change rigidity of springs and as a consequence, regulation of joint force.
