FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, machines for continuous grinding and mixing of feed components. SUBSTANCE: feed grinder-mixer has feeding hopper 1, housing 2 fixed on discharge chamber 3. Cantilevered drive of shaft 4 is mounted in discharge chamber bottom. Double-stepped shaft 5 is axially aligned with housing 2 and discharge chamber 3 and carries knives 6,7 and spinner 8, which is positioned within discharge chamber 3. Housing 2 has covers 9 mounted on pivot joints 10 and provided with catches 11, which are fixed on outer surface of covers 9. Locks 12 are positioned on housing 2. Coarse and fine shear knives 14 and 15 are attached to inner surface of covers 9 by screws 13. Discharge chamber 3 has guiding sleeve 16.
